Overview:
1 out of 350 NFT Tokens will contain the GOLDEN TICKET. This Ticket can be redeemed for an all expense paid (travel and hotel/lodging) trip to work with or observe (if you are simply a fan of music) Pvlace and Gunboi for 3 days at their personal studios and gain unlimited access to their creative process and the working lifestyle of the top composers in the industry.
How to Redeem:
After the 7 day period, all tokens will in the collection will be revealed. If a person happens to receive the GOLDEN TICKET, they can either hold on to it, resell it on a secondary market, or they can redeem it on the website. When redeemed on the website, the Golden Ticket will be sent to a designated burn address. It cannot be reminted after this point.
How is the GOLDEN TICKET generated?
As soon as the first NFT is purchased, the GOLDEN TICKET will be randomly generated after a randomized amount of token sales. 1 of the 350 sales will generate the token.
What if Nobody gets the GOLDEN TICKET before the sale period Ends?
If the Golden Ticket isn’t generated after the 7 day period ends and all the NFT’s are revealed, the number of NFT purchases to generate the Golden Ticket will also be revealed to all buyers.
Can I Resell the GOLDEN TICKET?
YES. The Golden Ticket can be resold or traded on all secondary markets that accept standard ERC-721 NFT tokens (OpenSea, Rarible, etc.). The reward can be redeemed at any time, so it will always retain its value even after traded and resold.
RULES:
In order to Redeem the GOLDEN TICKET for the full reward of a 3 day private session with PVLACE and GUNBOI, the buyer must reach the following criteria:
- Redeemer must be at least 21 years old (18 years old if a citizen of Switzerland, Germany or Austria)
- Only provides lodging and travel for 1 person. All additional guests must be paid for buy the Redeemers expense
- Redeemer must be available for video conference call with Pvlace and Gunboi. Redeemer must also comply with any and all identification verification measures subject to the Redeemer by Pvlace and Gunboi at their discretion.
- When token is redeemed, Redeemer must comply and come to mutual agreement of a designated schedule for the redemption of the rewards through the discretion of Pvlace and Gunboi. The Redeemer, as well as Pvlace and Gunboi, have unlimited time to coordinate and organize a mutually agreed upon schedule of the collection of the GOLDEN TICKET rewards.
